ITA  Il progetto di ristrutturazione prevede la suddivisione di un unico appartamento, sito nel centro storico i Catanzaro, in due unità abitative indipendenti. Ci si è concentrati sulla ridistribuzione degli spazi interni, massimizzando le aree utili, e sul restyling completo dell'arredo, utilizzando materiali ed elementi fortemente caratterizzanti.

ENG  The renovation project involves the division of a single apartment, located in the historic center of Catanzaro, into two independent residential units. The focus was on redistributing the interior spaces to maximize usable areas and on a complete restyling of the furnishings, using distinctive materials and design elements.
