ITA  Il progetto prevede la riconversione di un vecchio magazzino, situato nel centro storico di Catanzaro, in un'abitazione su due livelli dotata di garage. La conformazione e l'altezza del fabbricato ha consentito di mantenere la struttura portante in muratura andando ad innestare al suo interno un nuovo layer funzionale.

ENG The project involves the conversion of an old warehouse, located in the historic center of Catanzaro, into a two-level house with a garage. The conformation and height of the building made it possible to maintain the load-bearing masonry structure by inserting a new functional layer inside it.
