ITA  Muìna è un concept store per la diffusione della cucina napoletana nel mondo, il primo di una serie di locali che trae ispirazione dalle radici della cultura partenopea per rielaborarle in chiave contemporanea. Il locale si sviluppa come uno spazio regolare dove le aree destinate al lavoro e quelle al pubblico sono individuate attraverso elementi di arredo modulari. Il banco / forno è il cuore del locale, visibile sia dalla sala che dell'esterno.

ENG  Muìna is a concept store for the diffusion of Neapolitan cuisine in the world, the first of a series of places that draws inspiration from the roots of Neapolitan culture to rework them in a contemporary key. The restaurant is composed as a regular space where the areas intended for work and those for the public are identified through modular furnishing elements. The counter / oven is the heart of the room, visible both from the room and from the outside.
