ITA  Il progetto di una piazza sospesa, su una parte del lungotevere, nasce dall'esigenza di restituire alla cittadinanza una porzione di città che spesso è dedicata al solo traffico carrabile. Il progetto prevede di inserire una serie di innesti nel terrapieno esistente ogni 30 metri circa, cosi da ridurre al minimo i contatti sul muro. L’impalcato risulta indipendente dalla curvatura del muraglione, consentendo di mantenere le chiome dei platani intatte e lasciare il filtro naturale creato dagli alberi con il traffico adiacente. Il programma funzionale si compone di aree dedicate ad esposizioni, smartworking, relax e ad uso commerciale.

ENG  The project of a suspended square, on a part of the Tiber, arises from the need to give back to the citizens a portion of the city that is often dedicated only to vehicular traffic. The project envisages inserting a series of couplings into the existing embankment every 30 meters, so as to minimize contact on the wall. The deck is independent of the curvature of the wall, allowing you to keep the crowns of the plane trees intact and leave the natural filter created by the trees with the adjacent traffic. The functional program consists of areas dedicated to exhibitions, smartworking, relaxation and commercial use.
